Character Creation Guidelines

Before beginning your journey to becoming a hero or villain, you must create a character to be approved by staff.  While your character is being modded, you may not begin to rp with the character.  The correct way to label your character application topic is your character's name, followed by [WIP] if it is a work in progress.  To begin creating your character, you will take the character app from the spoiler below and create a new topic in Character.  



Name:  Last, First
Age: How old are you?
Gender: Male or female
Birthday: DD/MM
Sexuality: What do you prefer?
Rank: All players start at D
Quirk Type: Emitter, Transformation, or Mutant
Quirk name: What you got from your roll
Class: What class you got from your roll



Height: How tall is your character?
Weight: How heavy is your character?
Hair Color: What color is your character's hair?
Eye Color: What color is your character's eyes?
Overall Appearance: Give us an overall appearance in at least 150 words.



Basic Personality: Describe your character's personality in at least 250 words.
Likes: State at least 3 of your character's likes.
Dislikes: State at least 3 of your character's dislikes.
Motivations: What drives your character?
Fears: What is your character afraid of...you must put something here.



Basic History: Where does your character originate from?  Why are they at the academy?  Tell us in at least 350 words.  
Note you cannot gain a special skill or start stronger than other's just because of your character's history.

Be sure to add a photo of your face claim to the top of your application.  Also make sure to remember this information as it will need to be added to your character sheet later on.  For information about quirk rolls be sure to look at the quirk rolling guidelines.  If you need help with your character application be sure to contact a mod or admin.  

Once you have completed your character application and posted it in 'Character' remove the [WIP] from the title of the topic and post the link to your application in the correct section of 'Needs Approval' under modding.  Depending on the amount of character applications being submitted, it may take a bit to get to your application, please give the mods twenty-four hours before resubmitting your request or contacting a mod.

If anything needs to be fixed within your character application, a mod will be sure to let you know under your post, you are then to go back in and fix whatever the mod has asked.  Once it has been edited, you may post it back in the character section of 'Needs Approval' to be re-modded.  Once everything is correct, a mod will sign off on your sheet with an 'Approved' sign.  That is when you may begin to use your character to RP.
